Changes to our service

The new Offender Rehabilitation Act 2014 has brought changes to our service. If you commit a crime on or after 1st February 2015:
  • You'll get a minimum of 12 months supervision after leaving prison
  • You can be tested for a wider range of drugs
  • You'll need to get our permission before moving home
Managed by Sodexo Justice Services
On 1st February we moved out of Government ownership and became part of Sodexo Justice Services in partnership with Nacro. Sodexo is a multi-national company which provides a range of services designed to improve the quality of life for customers. Its Justice Services arm manages five prisons and five other Community Rehabilitation Companies (formerly known as Probation Trusts) in the UK.
Nacro is a crime reduction charity which delivers programmes to equip service users with the skills and support they need to move away from crime.
